1 year late! Planetarian fans rejoice, Finally I videotaped my "Song of the Rotating Spheres" music box (from the Kenji Miyazawa Museum) for all to enjoy....

My point is : Yes, I did actually go to Japan and yes we took photos.

Back from Japan!

I am back from Japan. Lots of fun, it is a very beautiful country especially Iwate prefecture.

Here is the manga/anime/moe/VN related loot list if anyone is interested:

And this is not technically a "Planetarian merchandise" but the fans of it ought to be interested. At the Miyazawa Kenji museum in Hanamaki I acquired a music box that plays "Song of the Rotating Spheres" composed obviously by Miyazawa Kenji and was used in Planetarian extensively.

We arrived in Japan yesterday. Quite nice flight though very long. Tokyo really is as huge as they say. We are staying at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel which is quite nice, 20th floor.We took a day tour and then stopped at Akihabara. More on that later.

The trains really are conveinent, a lot of english too ^^; We are going to try the subway tomorrow.
